The photos in this gallery are outtakes from a business meeting I photographed in Venice, Italy. Venice is an amazing place for a photographer to roam. I only wish I had more time! Pictured here are the gondolas and gondoliers of Venice, Doge's Palace, Saint Mark's Basilica, the Piazza San Marco, the city of Verona, Masi vineyard and the markets of Venice.
These photos are the result of a side trip to the Jackson Hole, WY area. Lots to see and hopefully on my next trip through, I will have more time to explore.
I found these ducks floating in what was probably some of the only open water in the area, given the -10˚f temps. If only my thin gloves were half as warm as their winter down.
For the last half a dozen or so winters, I have worked with a snowmobile team creating content for everything from social media, to posters, to t-shirts. Video comes along with still photography on this one, and if you scroll down you can see a short sample of this.
A spring outing in the high country is typically filled with wildflowers and flowing water. And if you know where to look (and equally important, what time to be there) it can be spectacular.
If you would like to spend a day (or more) exploring the area and making beautiful pictures of your own, let's chat about one-on-one instruction, or small group workshop.
Working with the Breck Bolts hockey team of the RMJHL has really been a lot of fun. Great group on and off the ice!
Scroll down to see a promotional video I put together for them too.
I worked with Michael Jordan Motorsports for four seasons and probably have over 100,000 photos from that time. I'm pretty sure there is no way to even come close to representing my seasons with the team in this space. New shoe days, races, tests, behind the scenes stuff and the days the boss visited ... it's a massive archive. I started with the Jordan team the year after the iPhone was invented and as a team we pioneered the instant turn around of photos and video that has now become the norm. This is just a few photos and a “wrap-up” video, just to give you a little idea of what is was like.
Wile traditionally an assignment would call for only capturing stills, the ability to capture video simultaneously is something that I have been called on to do many times. The result is usually a fast paced edit that sums up the event. This is an example of that.
This video was put together to document the adventures of the "Boz Bros" as they worked with Harley Davidson and the City Of Sturgis to promote the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
